Posters (Made-to-Order Prints)

Each Artcohr poster is printed on premium 190 gsm FSC-certified matte paper with multicolor, water-based inkjet printing technique that yields brilliant prints to brighten up any room. All prints are made to order, carefully inspected, and securely packaged before shipping.

Please note:
– Because each print is produced on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size.
– Refunds or replacements are only issued if the print arrives damaged or defective.

If you experience a quality or shipping issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@artcohr.com, including clear photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Digital Licenses (Artwork Files)

Digital files are provided via email or download link after purchase.
Each file comes with a specific license that defines how it may be used — for example, Personal, Media, or Commercial Use.

Because these licenses grant immediate access to digital assets and usage rights, all license purchases are final and non-refundable.

If you encounter a technical issue (e.g. corrupted file, wrong version, or download error), please contact us and we’ll ensure you receive a working version promptly.

Custom & Extended Licenses

For large-scale use, print runs above standard limits, or specialized collaborations (branding, advertising, creative campaigns), we offer custom agreements on request.
